<Poem>

<Translation>
Tonight under the moon in Fuzhou
My wife has to look at it on her own.
Far away, I think lovingly of my children,
Who don’t know enough to remember me in Chang’an.
Her beautiful hair is wet from the fragrant mist;
In the cool moonlight her jade-white arms are cold.
When will we lean together by a thin curtain,
Moonbeams drying the tears on both our cheeks?
